1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the 918 cafe platform, including the website, mobile application, gaming services and all related features provided by 918 cafe to users in Malaysia.

By accessing or using the 918 cafe platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2. Membership Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 918 cafe. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt or breach the security systems of 918 cafe
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform

8. Account Suspension & Closure

918 cafe reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that a member is underage (under 18 years old)
• Fraudulent activity or any attempt at money laundering
• Requests from the relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 918 cafe customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
